FAQ for changes in our Energy Spectrum publications

Why is the Energy Spectrum changing?

We have recently launched our new customer portal where you can see all of your subscription insight services in one place, easily access all the archived issues, as well as download all your publications and reports.

To access these, you will need to set up a new Cornwall Insight account. See below for how to do this.

How do I set up a Cornwall Insight account?

The link to the login page can be found at the top of the website, in the right-hand corner. Alternatively, please click here: https://portal.cornwall-insight.com/IdaXLogin. Simply input your details, choose a password, and click ‘Create account’. You will be sent a verification code via email, which must be added to the highlighted text box. Click ‘Confirm code’ to finish signing up for a free account.

Please note, any login details for our old website are no longer valid. Please allow three working days for your product to be added to the portal.

I can only see the headlines in the email. How do I see the full story?

From 6 December, you will notice a change to the Energy Spectrum email.

To access the Energy Spectrum, you will need to log into your account. For help creating an account, see above.

You can either log in through our website or click the view in portal button in the Daily/Weekly Bulletin or Energy Spectrum email to go to the portal.

The latest publications will be in the recently published section, with the latest Bulletin/Energy Spectrum at the top.

How do I access previous Daily/Weekly Bulletins or Energy Spectrums?

Our customer portal makes accessing previous publication issues far easier.

To access previous publications, log in to your portal. For help creating an account, see above. Once logged in, go to My products, find the publication you are looking for, and click view.

Choose the year and month to bring up all issues in that month select the one you are looking for to read.
