Rowan works within the Consultancy team, focusing on smart metering, electricity governance, and policy and regulatory developments impacting on energy suppliers and generators. He also helps to deliver our monthly Energy Supplier Forums and presents on several of our training courses. Rowan has worked on a number of projects during his time with Cornwall Insight, including work on international flexibility markets, the decarbonisation of heat, licensing, and retail market intervention.

Rowan joined Cornwall Insight in April 2017, having previously worked on the delivery of energy efficiency and fuel poverty solutions with a charity. He has completed degrees in Physical Geography and Environmental Change at Aberystwyth University.
