Ben joined Cornwall Insight in January 2021 after spending the previous 8 years running a specialist recruitment consultancy in London.

Leading on Talent Acquisition, Ben scours the market for talented individuals to bring into the Cornwall Insight family, and works with our managers and business leaders to meet their hiring needs. He also works closely with universities around the country to support students through industry placements, micro-internships, careers events, and graduate job opportunities.

Ben is passionate about helping people achieve their career goals. He works closely with members of the Cornwall Insight team helping them develop their career pathway and explore internal opportunities within the group. He also collaborates with the marketing team to demonstrate the opportunities and benefits of working at Cornwall Insight.
